Key Points
- Highly qualified delivery team and purpose-built workshops

- Students learn outside the classroom in real working environments
- Links with the community through local projects
- All students are entered into the QUEST Scholarship run by the ICE
There was always a focus on employability on the course – on having relevant skills – whereas a lot of courses don’t. We were encouraged to learn independently, which is important in the industry, getting good guidance but not having it all done for you is key.

I’m 30 years old and I’ve worked within a forensic psychiatric setting since I was 18 and never really considered doing anything else. However, I saw an opportunity to study this course and thought I’d give it a go! While there’s obviously an academic spin on everything, the course is run like a workplace environment where tasks are set so I learn how to do things for myself.
I was blown away by the graduation ceremony and how professional and nice it was. It made me feel proud and my parents were incredibly proud too.
