This week we would have been holding our 6th Annual Apprenticeship Awards

This week we would have been holding our 6th Annual Apprenticeship Awards at the college however due to lockdown this is unable to take place so we are celebrating some award winners of the past and present!

In 2020, Joanne Priestley was the winner of the Intermediate Apprentice of the Year.

The confidence I gained during my apprenticeship has enabled me to take on a further challenge - I applied for and secured the position of a Police Dispatcher and I have been working in my new role for 9 months. As part of my new role I have also been asked to train my new dispatcher colleagues to take emergency calls which is a position I would have never imagined I would be in three years ago.”
