I really enjoy the course because it makes you more confident. It’s given me so many opportunities. We have part of a plane in the classroom to practise in. They teach you customer service, aviation language, we had a talk on what to say during pre-flight, during the flight, health and safety.

I thought that this course was perfect because I can use three languages, and now I know this is the direction I want to go in the future. Knowing three languages gives me an advantage, because if I want to work with prestigious companies like British Airways, Virgin or Emirates, they need people with language skills to communicate with people from different parts of the world. After this course I'm going straight to do Level 4, which I've already been offered a place on.
